Our Ribbed glass, hand silvered in our Vintage antiqued finish, other levels of distressing can be specified. The pattern repeat between the ribs is approximately 3mm.

Maximum panel sizes are:

6mm thick glass: 1650w x 3210h mm with reeds running vertically or 3210w x 1650h mm with reeds running horizontally.

Glass Thickness: Available in 6mm thick glass and can be toughened. 4mm is also available in smaller sheets but we suggest 6mm for most applications.

Reflective Quality: Whilst the glass reflects light and colour it does not offer a mirrored reflection.

• NB. Textured glass is impressed with the ribbed pattern when the glass is semi-molten state. During this process, the glass is very mobile and easily distorted, so there can be some misalignment of the pattern across the width of the glass as the rollers pull it through. This deviation is catered for in BS EN 572-2 'Patterned Glass'. The standards allow a deviation of 12mm per metre run and the ribs also are not a perfectly consistent measurement along the length. It is therefore not technically possible to achieve precise alignment between panels. If panels are being set next to each other they will not align exactly.
