At Rough Old Glass, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the glass or mirror items in their original protective crating and internal padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a specialist courier to transport the fragile goods back to our studio at the address provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
